Aviva had grown rapidly to be the world’s 6th largest insurance group. They recognised that in order to maintain their success they had to be a company that was learning.

Each individual needed to be growing in knowledge and getting better in performance – whether they were part of a team or leaders of whole departments.

In order to get people learning, Aviva introduced their E-learning Philosophy based on their Learning Management System called ‘The Learning Platform’.

For Aviva, finding a suitable system was a means to an end. The end would be embedding a learning philosophy throughout its population. To achieve that end, they called on Marton House.
