All our e-learning aims to:

  • Engage the Learner - we strive to make sure they are actually learning, not just clicking buttons. 
  • Embed the Learning so it is not just head-knowledge, but is memorable and applicable to workplace situations. 
  • Evaluate the Learning - not everything has to be a multi-choice question! We often use branching video to evaluate the learner. 
  • Effect the Learner - powerful e-learning will help bring out a change in behaviour, not just head-knowledge. Our e-learning has been used to change the behaviours of new managers so that team performance has improved.
