Performance Management System
Our Performance Review and Management System uses a continuous and collaborative approach to performance review.
It includes:
- An Individual Learner Account – Each individual can see communications messages from Senior Leaders, specific ‘To Do List’, their agreed Objectives, links to suitable courses for them, links to 360 Degree Feedback.
- Objective Setting and Management System – where a team member proposes a development objective, the manager reviews and agrees the objective, with agreed evidence and deadline.
- Competency Framework and Review – The actual competencies and evidences are agreed by manager and employee at the start of the year. The employee then scores herself, as does the manager and the comparative scores are plotted on a diagram.
- Third-Party Feedback – the opportunity to request and give third-party feedback on objectives accomplished or competencies evidenced.
- Management Information – this provides Managers with the ability to see objectives that need to be reviewed, how well each individual team member is progressing through their objectives, regardless of where in the world they might be based.
- Usability Guides – we also provided each user and manager with easy-to-understand guide to using the system, along with telephone and e-mail support should they have any questions.
